We strongly believe that women should have equal socio-economic, cultural, and livelihood opportunities as men. By strengthening women, we are actually strengthening the roots of a prosperous and resilient nation.
With this ideology in mind, our vocational training initiatives were launched to empower marginalized women in slum clusters and rural villages. We provide structured training in sewing, tailoring, garment design, embroidery, and handicraft making.
These market-relevant skills allow women to work from home or in cooperative groups, earning sustainable supplemental income for their households. Women who were previously financially dependent are now financing their children's education, healthcare, and nutrition.
"Women can be the most important catalysts for change in their children's lives. When a woman earns, her entire household, children, and community flourish."
