Bhartiya Jan Jagriti Welfare Society is dedicated to addressing urgent issues of environmental conservation at grassroots, rural, and regional levels using environmental education, public awareness campaigns, community action, and ecological stewardship.
Our thrust areas include forest and green belt conservation, wetland and pond rejuvenation, environmental education in both urban and rural schools, livelihoods for forest-dependent communities, and scientific investigation into local environmental degradation.
Founded by citizens who are committed to fulfilling their constitutional obligation under Article 51A(g) to protect and improve the natural environment. We believe that our planet is entrusted to us to be used sustainably and handed over to the next generation with all its glory and ecological values intact.
"Mankind's responsibility towards the conservation of wildlife and nature cannot be undermined or forgotten. We must inculcate a sense of personal and collective responsibility to protect our natural wealth."
Sustainable Green Interventions
Planting native and fruit-bearing trees along roadsides, school campuses, rural barren patches, and community fields to improve green cover and local biodiversity.
Revitalizing village ponds, water bodies, and advocating against unscientific garbage disposal into natural water courses to prevent contamination.
Forming Eco Clubs in rural schools to teach children waste segregation, rainwater harvesting, plastic elimination, and respectful coexistence with nature.
Whether you wish to sponsor a tree plantation drive, participate as a weekend volunteer, or collaborate on eco-restoration, we welcome your support.
